Refund and Cancellation Policy
Your purchase from RatingSmart.com is for an “Enhanced Profile Page” upgrade to your business listing within the RatingSmart website, which will allow you to add pictures and a description to your business listing (the “Upgrade”). Your Upgrade is provided "as is". RatingSmart.com makes no express or implied warranties, including those of merchantability or fitness for a particular purpose, with regards to the Upgrade. RatingSmart.com reserves the right to remove any pictures or content you place on the RatingSmart website as part of your Upgrade that it deems to be inappropriate. Your purchase and use of the Upgrade is additionally fully covered under the RatingSmart.com Terms of Service and Privacy Policy.
Depending on the payment plan you select, your Upgrade, and any other Ratingsmart.com products you may purchase, are billed either monthly or annually on a recurring basis on the same day each month or year that your purchase was made originally via your credit card that is on file with RatingSmart.com. All sales are final, and Ratingsmart.com will not refund any purchase after the payment has been processed (i.e. once your credit card has been charged). You will be notified sixty (60) days in advance of any monthly or annual price changes to your Upgrade via your email address on file with RatingSmart.com. You must notify us thirty (30) days in advance of any price changes if you wish to cancel your Upgrade. Should you like to cancel your Ratingsmart.com Upgrade at any time, please observe the following instructions:
Please submit any cancellation via email to cancellation@ratingsmart.com, or call on our business phone at 845-750-6045.
Email cancellations must contain the following: First name, last name, order number, and email address. This information must be identical to the information originally submitted on your order. Please provide contact information so that we may contact you if we have questions in regards to canceling your order.
Once cancelled, your RatingSmart.com Upgrade will not be billed on the next monthly or annual billing cycle (depending on the payment plan that you have selected). Your RatingSmart.com Upgrade, or any other RatingSmart.com products, cannot be refunded or exchanged at any time.
